Purpose-built accomodation, delivered turnkey.

Why LogicPod?

LogicPods are factory-built accommodation made for short stays, eco-tourism, backyards and regional sites.

Guests get a private space that feels solid and comfortable, not temporary.
Operators get a repeatable building that’s simple to place and easy to run.

Built to Remove Complexity

Most people start a short-stay project with good intentions.
Then costs grow. Timelines stretch. Decisions pile up.

They are designed as a repeatable product, not a blank canvas.
Fewer choices mean fewer mistakes and faster progress.

Is a LogicPod right for you?

LogicPods are designed for people adding accommodation, not building a house.

  1. They suit individuals and couples creating Airbnb or short-stay income.

  2. They work for landowners adding guest stays.

  3. They suit buyers looking to bypass town planning approval entirely, subject to council rules.

A pod you can rely on.

LogicPods are built in a factory, not assembled on site piece by piece.

They are designed for transport, craning, and straightforward installation. What you see is what you get.

Materials and details are repeated across the range to reduce risk and maintenance. This keeps quality consistent and surprises to a minimum.

You are buying a known product, not a prototype.

Do I need a development application?

LogicPods can follow different planning pathways depending on how they are used and how they are installed.

In some projects, LogicPods can be assessed through town planning as a relocatable structure.
This may suit short-stay or tourism uses where councils allow temporary or relocatable structures.

For some sites, placing a LogicPod on a compliant trailer allows it to be treated as a caravan.
In those cases, it may bypass town planning approval entirely, subject to council rules.

What applies depends on the site, council, and use.
We keep this conversation high level until you have selected a model.

Features & Inclusions

A modern tiny house with large glass sliding doors, a bedroom, kitchen, and sitting area visible through the windows, and a small wooden deck outside.
  • Galvanised steel main frame with an integrated structural chassis. Forklift pockets at the front and rear support transport and positioning on site.

  • White fluorocarbon insulated external wall panels formed from 2.0mm fibreglass. Built for durability and thermal performance in short-stay settings.

  • Internal walls are lined with a layered system of bamboo and wood fibre board with OSB backing. This delivers a hard-wearing finish suited to frequent guest turnover.

  • Durable, water-resistant flooring with a timber pattern finish. Designed for easy cleaning and long-term use in accommodation environments.

  • Aluminium framed, double-glazed awning windows with Low-E glass. Each window includes integrated blinds and flyscreens for comfort and ventilation control.

  • Architectural track lighting and downlights are installed throughout. Power points with USB A/C are provided to support short-stay guest use.

  • Compact kitchenette with a silica-free stone benchtop and stainless steel sink. Built-in cabinets and drawers provide practical storage.

  • Plug-and-play electrical setup using a 15-amp weatherproof external connection. Designed for quick connection to mains power by a licensed electrician.

  • Four adjustable feet at each corner allow levelling adjustments of up to 50mm. This provides flexibility across varied site conditions with minimal ground works.

Extras That Complete the Stay.

Everything works together.

Deck & Awning,
Ready to Assemble.

We offer a complete composite deck and awning package designed to travel inside the pod. It arrives with the building and assembles on site without redesign or custom fabrication. The deck adds space to sit, eat, and slow down. The awning gives shade and shelter where guests actually use it.

An Outdoor Moment,
That Guests Remember.

For projects chasing a stronger stay experience, we also supply composite stone-look bathtubs made for outdoor use. Set on the deck and placed to the view, the bath becomes part of the stay, not an add-on.

Services,
Sorted.

We offer solar, battery, air-conditioning, and hot water packages through our commercial partnership with Rinnai.

Systems are selected to suit small, all-electric buildings and short-stay use. Everything is sized to the pod, coordinated with the build, and ready to connect on site. Fewer trades. Cleaner installs.

A setup that works from day one.

Ready to Host,
Day One.

We offer complete furniture packages through our partnership with King Living.

The furniture is selected to suit compact spaces and short-stay use. Pieces arrive matched, scaled, and ready to live with. No guesswork. No last-minute shopping runs. Your pod arrives set up to host from day one.

FAQs

  • It depends on how the pod is used and how it is installed.

In some cases, LogicPods can be assessed as portable structures.
In other cases, placing the pod on a compliant trailer may allow it to be treated as a caravan and not require town planning approval.

What applies depends on the site, council, and use.

  • Yes, LogicPods are designed for short-stay accommodation.

Whether you can operate short-stay accommodation depends on local planning controls and zoning, not the pod itself.

You should confirm permissibility with council before purchase.

  • A LogicPod is an accommodation pod designed for short-stay use.
It is not designed or marketed as a permanent dwelling or custom tiny home.

That distinction matters for approvals and expectations.

  • Individual retail orders are sold in fixed configurations.

Design changes are only considered for bulk or multi-unit orders through our commercial pathway.

For retail buyers, a range of add-ons is available, including hot water systems, air conditioning, solar, decks, awnings, and outdoor baths.

These options are designed to integrate with the pod without changing the core design.

  • LogicPods are delivered as completed units.

They are transported by truck and placed by crane onto prepared supports, or onto a trailer if supplied.

Site works, services, and access are handled separately.

  • Item descriptionYes, in many cases.

LogicPods are designed to be transportable.
Pods on trailers are inherently relocatable.
Pods installed on supports may be relocated with appropriate planning and logistics.

  • LogicPods are designed for short-stay and guest accommodation.

They are not intended or marketed for permanent, full-time residential use.

  • Projects involving multiple pods, site-specific layouts, or design changes fall outside the retail range.

These are handled through our Commercial Solutions pathway, where bulk orders and adaptations can be properly assessed.

  • LogicPods are available to stay in at selected locations through Airbnb.
This lets you experience the size, layout, and feel before committing.

See the Stay in a Pod page for current locations.

  • We have multiple LogicPod display suites across NSW, with more planned.

Display locations and access vary, see Contact us for details..
